Making Yoghurt and Cheese
Participants of fourth LTT in Turkey learned steps of making yoghurt and cheese.
Instructions for yoghurt
1. Heat the milk.
2. Cool the milk.
3. Thin the yogurt with milk.
4. Put the thinned yogurt into the milk.
5. Cover the pot with a blanket
6. Wait for the yogurt to cool for almost 5 or 6 hours
7. Your homemade yogurt is Ready
