THE FISTST TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING

“I Am Being an Ecological Person”

 

The First TPM is going to be held in Fethiye/ Muğla, Turkey between 12th – 16th of December, 2016. Five days in total.Two days for way and three days for meeting. In this meeting there will be three participants from each schools including two teachers and a headmaster. They will stay in Fethiye DSI Guesthouse.

 

This meeting will include:

12th of December

Arrival of the project’s partners and settlement of the hotels

 

13th of December

  • Meeting of the partners

  • Visiting Çalıca Secondary School and meeting there.

  • Presentations of partners on their schools and their works on ecology

  • Presantation of the project

  • Determining the main elements of the project

  • Detailed distribution of tasks and responsibilities

  • Signing partnership agreement

  • The evaluation of the questionnaires and project until now.

  • Visiting Public institutions of Fethiye (National Education Directorate, Municipality etc.)

  • Sightseeing in the city centre

 

14th of December

  • Visiting Turkey's stakeholder called Tangala Ecovillage. The meeting will be there.

  • Tasting some traditional and homemade foods.

  • Project budget team will be decided and also a budget agreement will be signed between partners.

  • The selection of documentaries will be done.

  • Each school’s curriclum will be examined and issues related to ecology and environment determined to prepare a plan to include results in the curriculums.

  • Risk management team will be established. All predicted  risks will be held again.And developed plan of the risk will be done.

  • Visiting historical places in Tlos (Tlos antique city)

15th of December

​

  • Meeting in DSI Meeting Room

  • Dissemination and use of results will be re-examined and detailed.

  • All activities will be discussed in detail.

  • The contents of the second and third TPM

  • L/T/T ( Learning, teaching, trainin) activities will be planned again with all partners thoroughly.

  • Sightseeing
