“I Am Being an Ecological Person”

 

The third LTT is going to be held in Donja Višnjica (Lepoglava; Croatia) from 18th to 24th of March, 2018. Seven days in total – two days for the trip and five days for activities. There will be 6 students and 2 teachers from Turkey, 7 students and 2 teachers from Greece, 8 students and 3 teachers from Poland, as well as students and teachers from Croatia.

PROGRAMME:

1ST day (Sunday, 18th of March)

• Transportation from the airport

• Arrangement in the hotel rooms in “Maltar” Guesthouse in Varaždin for teachers and in families in Višnjica for students

 

2ND day (Monday, 19th of March)

• Arrival to school

• Welcoming program, visiting classes, sports matches

• Lunch at school

• Going to the orchard – pruning fruit trees

• Returning to school – making apple strudels

 

 

3RD day (Tuesday, 20th of March)

• Arrival to school

• Workshop – corn husk baskets

• Going to Lepoglava – lunch

• visiting Trakošćan castle

 

 4TH day (Wednesday, 21st of March)

• Arrival to Biogarden – workshops

• Lunch in Međimurje

• Visiting household farming – apple products

 

5TH day (Thursday, 22nd of March)

• Bus drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park (two hours)

• Presentations, workshops and visiting laboratories

• Lunch

• Going around the national park

 

6TH day (Friday, 23rd of March)

• Arrival to school

• Workshop – corn husk baskets

• Lunch

• Visiting water mill in Ivanec

 

7TH day (Saturday, 24th of March)

• Transportation to the airport
