Healthy diet
During the parent – teacher meeting in November some students gave the full and detailed lecture about healthy and unhealthy food. They wanted to point out how important for child and teenager is healthy diet and how danger can be sugar, fat, junk food etc. Parents could find out how to avoid be overweight or obesity and how to put into practice right eating habits at home. After the lecture they could try healthy snacks prepared by students e.g.: nutritious bars, oat and beet cookies, carrot pie, jelly desserts. Everything was delicious and healthy, of course!
